Responsibilities Install plumbing systems for commercial new construction and remodeling projects Read and interpret blueprints to lay out piping, fixtures, sleeves, and penetrations Measure, cut, thread, solder, and join PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas piping Independently complete assigned projects from initial layout through final installation Ensure all installations comply with Wisconsin plumbing codes, approved plans, and company quality standards Coordinate work with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Plan material needs and maintain an organized truck inventory Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems as needed Perform residential septic installation when applicable Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work area Qualifications Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license At least five years of construction plumbing experience Ability to read blueprints and complete accurate plumbing layouts Experience with residential or commercial new construction and remodeling Proficiency with PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas piping systems Ability to manage assigned work independently and efficiently Strong commitment to safety, code compliance, and quality workmanship Valid drivers license
