Company Overview Big Bear Plumbing and Electrical is a Division of Big Bear Remodeling, We are a full-service remodeler and licensed plumbing and electrical company. We service most of Raleigh county and some of Fayette county. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plumber to join our team. ln this role you will be responsible for installing and repairing plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects and clients. We do remodels, new construction, service work and some commercial. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial remodeling projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installations Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in residential rough and finish plumbing (commercial is a plus) Ability to install PEX and sweat copper when needed (pro press exp. is a plus) Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, HVAC systems, and mechanical principles Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading tools, and assembly techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required in plumbing work Experience with remodeling projects or handyman tasks is a plus Valid driver's license Compensation / Benefits Starting pay $26 to $30 per hour (W2) depending on experience and skillset 10 days paid time off Medical, dental and vision reimbursement (up to $300 per month) Retirement plan with 100% company match up to 3% of income Discretionary annual bonus How to
