Immediate What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain irrigation pump stations and water systems Install, troubleshoot, and service pumps, motors, control panels, and related equipment Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently Inspect electrical and mechanical components to identify and resolve issues Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings when needed Respond to customer service calls and complete repairs in a timely manner Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation Operate company vehicles and maintain tools and equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards What We're Looking For Previous experience with irrigation systems, pumps, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical equipment preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of electrical systems and motor controls is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift equipment and perform physically demanding tasks Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently Experience with irrigation pump stations, well pumps, booster pumps, or control panels is highly desirable Why Join?
