Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a Pump Mechanic to assemble, disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial pump equipment. This role involves performing mechanical repairs, conducting inspections, and ensuring pumps are rebuilt to customer and OEM specifications. Responsibilities Assemble and disassemble pump equipment. Inspect, measure, and test pump components. Troubleshoot equipment and determine root causes of failures. Perform pump repairs and mechanical rebuilding. Operate hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Essential Skills Pump repair and maintenance experience. Mechanical assembly experience. Troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Machine shop experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and with limited supervision. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Open to overtime as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Joliet, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $72800.00/yr. 401k, health, dental, vision Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Joliet,IL.
