The Opportunity This is not a standard trade position. What You Will Do Operate company pump trucks to service residential and commercial septic tanks throughout a one-hour radius of Evansville, IN Perform grease trap and FOG (fats, oils, and grease) pump-outs Assist with septic system service and repair work as needed Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff Represent the company professionally at every customer site Operate safely and in compliance with all applicable state and local regulations Schedule Primarily Monday through Friday with standard daytime hours. Weekend availability is required on a periodic basis. Flexibility is essential — schedules can vary based on service demand. What We Are Looking For Valid Class B CDL — required Minimum 2 years of experience operating septic pump trucks — required Experience with grease/FOG service preferred Experience servicing or repairing septic systems is a plus but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate Must be authorized to work in the United States Motivated, efficient, and adaptable — someone who takes ownership of their work Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather and site conditions Compensation and Benefits Annual salary: $55,000 - $80,000 depending on experience Paid time off Negotiable health insurance stipend and 401(k) match — in development as the company grows Profit-sharing and ownership stake opportunities for the right candidate All equipment and pump trucks provided for the completion of work How to Apply Submit your application through Indeed.
