Job Summary:

Stettler Supply Company is hiring a Level 1 Pump and Service Technician to join our team in Salem, Oregon. Since 1948, we've supported agriculture across the Willamette Valley with irrigation, pumping, and water management solutions. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career. What You'll Do This is a hands-on, field-based role working alongside experienced technicians on:

• Pump stations
• Irrigation systems
• Water supply systems Responsibilities include:
• Assist with installation of pump and irrigation systems
• Help with repairs on pumps, motors, and valves
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Support trenching, piping, and site preparation
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow directions from supervisors and technicians
• Learn to read basic plans and work orders

What We're Looking For:

• Interest in mechanical, electrical, or construction work
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record No experience required'we will train the right person.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 75 lbs
• Frequent bending, lifting, and working outdoors
• Ability to work on uneven terrain and long days

Occasional Requirements:

• Travel for jobs within Oregon
• Assist in shop or service department as needed
• Attend trainings and safety meetings
