Job Description
Job Summary Join our small, family-owned business as a Septic Pumper, where you'll be responsible for driving septic trucks, finding and digging up septic tank access points, and pumping septics. If you thrive in a physically active environment and enjoy working outdoors, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible impact in your community. Duties Drive and operate septic pumping trucks Find and dig up septic tank access points Pump septic tanks and clean septic filters Interact with customers on-site if necessary Maintain detailed records of service activities, tank conditions, and equipment usage Skills Willingness to learn CDL with tanker endorsement or willing to obtain CDL with tanker endorsement Ability to lift heavy equipment Willingness to be outside in various weather Ability to dig We are willing to train; no prior experience required. We are looking for full- or part-time and can offer flexible schedules. We value proactive team players who are committed to delivering quality service while maintaining a safe work environment. The base pay assumes training will be required, and raises and bonuses can be expected after training is complete. We also offer health care cost assistance. Join us!
