This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from residential placements to large commercial construction jobs. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow within the concrete pumping industry. Previous construction, equipment operation, or heavy equipment experience is preferred but not required. Why Join Us? Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment. Set up and break down equipment at job sites. Assist in maintaining hoses, pipes, and related pumping equipment. Support boom pump crews and other operations as needed. Assist with yard, shop, and equipment maintenance duties when workload allows. Follow all company safety policies and customer site requirements. Provide professional customer service at all job sites. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a good driving record required . CDL is not required. Heavy equipment, construction, concrete, or equipment operation experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work overtime as business demands require. Strong attention to safety. Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
