Key Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency repairs on pumps, motors, filters, chemical feeders, and other aquatic equipment Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry and water quality standards Inspect aquatic facilities and identify maintenance or safety concerns Maintain pool surfaces, tile, concrete, and other facility structures Repair and maintain aquatic amenities including water slides, play features, ladders, and diving boards Perform preventative maintenance and equipment winterization Complete inspections, inventories, and required documentation Follow safety procedures and proper handling of pool chemicals and hazardous materials Requirements Experience in aquatic facility maintenance, pool operations, or a related field preferred Knowledge of water chemistry, filtration systems, pumps, and pool equipment Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Preferred Qualifications Experience maintaining swimming pools, aquatic centers, water parks, or splash pads Knowledge of aquatic health and safety standards Experience with preventative maintenance programs Apply now!
