Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Knowledge on some (but not all) of the following required: Waukesha, Caterpillar, Cooper slow speed, Turbines, Ariel or Ajax packages. Service, Maintain and test engine shutdown systems Service and maintain Quincy, Ingorsoll Rand & White Superior Compressors Troubleshoot Compressors and Natural Gas Engines and complete Field Repairs as needed Must have good knowledge of Engine systems and Engine Controls Abilitiy to complete in frame overhaul and complete rebuils is a plus Diesel engine or pump repairs are a plus Communicate daily status/production reports to customer representatives Ability to read and interpret technical manual and drawings Promote good housekeeping method on platform Visual inspection of pumps and motos to detect abnormal conditions Decoupling and reinstallation of pumps if necessary Knowledge of piping alignment with equipment Assitance in process system tests where mechanical equipment is involved Capability of detecting problems with soft foot in pumps and common failures in pumps Assistance to fix leaks if necessary Assistance in leak test lines reinstatement Assist in hose connection to make sure no leak presence
