This role involves hands-on work with rod pumps and tubing anchor catchers, including tearing down and rebuilding equipment. The Pump Technician will also be responsible for delivering supplies to various locations. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided. The position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with some weekends on call and all major holidays off, along with two annual bonuses. Duties Tearing down rod pumps and tubing anchor catchers for maintenance or repair Rebuilding and assembling pump components to ensure proper functionality Delivering supplies and equipment to designated job sites efficiently and safely Maintaining organization and dependability in daily tasks to ensure smooth operations Assisting with additional tasks related to pump maintenance as needed Being available for on-call duties during weekends when required Experience Previous experience in pump maintenance or related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided for candidates without prior experience Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols diligently Strong organizational skills and dependability are essential for success in this role Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job site requirements

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 - 65.0 per week
