The Line Pump Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining concrete line pump equipment, safely placing concrete on residential, commercial, and industrial job sites, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Operate concrete line pump equipment safely and efficiently. Set up, connect, and dismantle pump lines at job sites. Coordinate with contractors, finishers, and drivers to ensure proper concrete placement. Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational issues. Clean and maintain pumps, hoses, and related equipment after each job. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Complete job tickets, equipment logs, and other required documentation. Assist with loading, unloading, and transportation of equipment as needed. Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and site personnel. Qualifications Required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience operating concrete line pumps or similar heavy equipment preferred. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work. Strong understanding of job site safety procedures. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred CDL Class A or B license. (Not Required) Experience in concrete placement, construction, or related trades. Mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance experience. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting. Ability to climb on and around heavy equipment. Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime when required.
