We are looking for dedicated and highly qualified professionals in Aviation Maintenance to support the Contractual effort in FRCSW. Contractor personnel shall remove paint, scale, rust, corrosion and other surface imperfections from iron, steel, aluminum and other metals and non-metal surfaces. Contractor personnel shall examine and evaluate surfaces to identify the composition of metal and determine the proper method of treating and types of material to be used. Contractor personnel shall be proficient in adjusting sandblasting machines. Contractor personnel shall be able to follow oral and written instructions, read and interpret blue prints and all technical data determining extent of cleaning required and various techniques used to arrive at the finished product. Adequate experience performing the duties of the labor category as described in the Department of Labor functional description. Services Contract Act (SCA) - 23080

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be a High School Graduate Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance Must be able to meet physical requirements associated with and / or pass any medical examination requirements related to performing daily assigned task. Must past pre-employment background check. Must past pre-employment and post-employment drug testing. Must have at least two years of documented experience in Aerospace and/or Aircraft maintenance.

Preferred Qualification:

Active Secret Clearance Prior experience in Aviation Depot level maintenance in sheet metal at least 4 years of documented experience in Aerospace and/or Aircraft Sheet metal procedures and processes. No relocation assistance provided.
