What You'll Be Doing Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and work areas Monitor material flow and assist with crushing and screening operations Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or incidents promptly Support team operations with general labor and site upkeep as needed What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate or learn to operate quarry equipment safely Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and communication Willingness to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $29.70 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
