Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(include but not limited to): Construct, repair, and maintain decks/deck coatings according to project specifications. Apply specialized knowledge of various

WESTCOAT

products and deck coatings to enhance durability and aesthetics. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Safely operate and maintain specialty tools and equipment. Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately for a precise fit.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a focus on decks and deck coatings experience and using

WESTCOAT

products. In-depth knowledge of different wood types, materials, and coatings used in deck construction. Proficient in using carpentry/deck coating tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Safety-conscious mindset.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience with deck coatings. Demonstrated expertise in deck coatings. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong knowledge of different types of coatings, sealants, and application techniques. Proficiency in using various tools, such as sanders, scrapers, brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work safely in various weather conditions. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
