Role:

CWS Rigging Services LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Rigger/Foreman to join our team in Henderson, CO. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee rigging operations, guide a skilled crew, and ensure every lift is executed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and supervise rigging operations including heavy lifts, machinery moves, and equipment installations Inspect rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, hoists, and rigging hardware to ensure safe working condition Lead and mentor a crew of riggers, assigning tasks and maintaining productivity on the job site Interpret blueprints, load charts, and rigging diagrams to determine proper rigging configurations Coordinate with crane operators, project managers, and other trades to ensure seamless job site operations Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on all job sites Complete daily job site documentation, including lift plans, safety reports, and crew logs

Requirements:

5 + years of professional rigging experience with at least 2 year in a foreman or supervisory role Proficiency in rigging techniques including crane rigging, below-the-hook lifting, and load securement NCCCO or equivalent rigging certification preferred Strong knowledge of OSHA rigging and lifting safety regulations Ability to read and interpret load charts, rigging plans, and technical drawings Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
