Forklift Rigging Workplace health and safety regulatory compliance Industrial equipment Tractor-trailer Senior level Crew management Project stakeholder communication Full Job Description As the Rigger Foreman, you will oversee daily rigging operations with responsibility for crew safety, equipment integrity, and execution of job plans. This role requires proven leadership in demanding environments, strict OSHA compliance, clear communication, and a commitment to high‑quality rigging work What You'll Do Lead rigging crews on job sites and make sure work is done safely and correctly. Enforce OSHA rules and company safety standards at all times. Plan and oversee heavy lifts, machine moves, and equipment transport. Inspect rigging gear, cranes, forklifts, and trucks to ensure safe operation. Communicate job plans clearly to the crew and coordinate with site supervisors. Identify hazards, correct issues, and keep the job moving safely and on schedule. What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial lifting, machine moving and transport, or a related industry.
