• Thursday) QPS Employment Group is hiring a Team Lead for a direct hire opportunity with a growing company in Cedar Rapids, IA. This role is ideal for someone with strong wire harness experience who can lead by example, support production goals, and help develop team members on the floor. Team Lead

• Wire Harness Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team in wire harness assembly operations
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met
• Monitor daily workflow and assist with problem-solving on the floor
• Train and coach employees on processes and best practices
• Enforce safety guidelines and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and leadership regarding production updates and concerns
• Assist with onboarding and cross-training of team members Requirements for Team Lead

• Wire Harness:

• Prior wire harness experience required
• Previous leadership or lead experience preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
