• Wire Harness role in Cedar Rapids, IA. Trainer
• Wire Harness Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Train new and current employees on wire harness assembly processes
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Provide hands-on coaching and guidance on the production floor
• Evaluate employee performance and offer constructive feedback
• Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address training needs Trainer

• Wire Harness Requirements:

• Previous wire harness experience required
• Prior training or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality expectations
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
