2nd Shift 3:30pm-12am Build the Products That Power Performance We're seeking a detail driven Senior Wire Harness Assembler to build, inspect, test, and repair complex assemblies that demand precision, quality, and craftsmanship. In this hands on role, you'll work with advanced components and tooling, support production excellence, and ensure every build meets exacting standards and customer requirements. Your Impact You'll play a critical role in delivering reliable, high?quality products by building and verifying complex electro?mechanical assemblies, mentoring teammates, and upholding safety and quality systems including ISO and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Wire Harness Assembler Build complex Wire Harness Assembler assemblies to prints and process sheets Solder complex assemblies (e.g., solder cups, PCBs, fragile components) Set up applicators and operate semi?automated crimping presses Perform wire stripping, tinning, plugging, twisting, hand crimping, and packaging Operate bench?top equipment and properly clock into jobs via computer Rotate between assembly areas as directed; work independently or in small teams Support and guide Level I-III assemblers Inspection, Testing & Repair Inspect assemblies for form, fit, and function Use test equipment to verify quality; report and sort non?conformances Perform repair/rework on complex assembliesTHERE WILL BE AN ASSESSMENT ON THESE SKILLS SETS
Communication, Safety & Cleanliness Communicate job status with supervisors and leads; escalate quality issues promptly Adhere to all safety regulations; identify and report concerns Maintain clean, organized work areas What You Bring Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years in an assembly/production environment (related industry) Ability to solder complex components (solder cups, PCBs) Comfortable reading prints, specifications, and process sheets Basic math skills (fractions/decimals); measurement proficiency (ruler, caliper/micrometer) IPCA610 or JSTD certification (expired acceptable; soldering skills verified in training) Basic computer/ERP familiarity Strong mechanical aptitude; able to troubleshoot process issues Ability to pass an interview assessment test on the above skills Preferred Qualifications Experience inISO 9001 / ISO 13485
