Essential Job Functions Must posses good radio communication and be able to work as a team. Assemble rigging to lift and move equipment or material Safely signal crane operators engaged in hoisting and moving loads to ensure safety of workers and materials Inspect rigging to ensure safety and reliability Safely use tools such as chain falls, come along, ropes and hoists to move equipment Secure equipment safely Rig heavy equipment Manual laborer as needed Keep Crane Tracks clear of debris Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chain falls, and other equipment Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools Select gear such as cables, pulleys, and winches per load weights and sizes, facilities, and work schedules Follows company and work site safety policies/procedures and commits to an "Incident and Injury Free" work environment Requirements 2-5 years crane rigging experience
