As a Driver / Rigger / Oiler, you'll take on a dynamic, hands-on role supporting crane operations, heavy haul transport, and rigging projects across a variety of job sites. What You'll Do This role is a true hybrid position—combining driving, rigging, and mechanical support—giving you exposure to multiple aspects of heavy lift operations and equipment. What You Bring Required:

CDL Class A license Experience in rigging, construction, or heavy equipment environments Ability to drive and transport equipment safely Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving ability Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Preferred:

Experience with heavy haul or over-dimensional loads Background in gantry work, machinery moving, or crane support Strong understanding of weights, balance, and rigging methods
