In this role, you will play an essential part in the safe and efficient handling, lifting, and positioning of heavy loads using rigging techniques and equipment. This full-time position offers excellent opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and supportive work environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assess and ready materials for lifting and movement. Identify and utilize the correct rigging tools and machinery for each job. Set up mobile cranes, pulleys, ropes, winches, and other temporary structures or lifting gear. Follow all occupational health and safety regulations, contributing to a culture of safety. Work closely with crane operators and construction personnel to execute lifting plans effectively. Conduct pre-operational checks, maintain rigging gear in optimal condition, and report any defects or concerns. Provide clear and concise updates to the construction team to ensure smooth operations. Safely remove and store rigging equipment after use. Attend safety meetings, training sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.What We Offer:
