Rigging Technician / Rigger We need several reliable and hard-working Rigger to perform hands-on heavy rigging, equipment operation, and transportation support as part of our field crew. Key Responsibilities Attach loads to rigging equipment using hand/power tools; assist crew with heavy lifting, moving, and positioning. Safely operate forklifts, skid steers, hydraulic equipment, precision measuring tools, and hand/power tools. Signal or verbally direct crew members during hoisting operations; inspect and test rigging gear to ensure total compliance and site safety. Perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, lifting, balancing, and handling heavy materials in variable outdoor conditions. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in rigging, heavy rigging, crane operations, construction, or heavy trucking. Welding experience is a plus . Fluent in spoken and written English to complete mandatory safety training for safety-sensitive job sites (e.g., nuclear plants). Must maintain a clean criminal record and pass ongoing random drug and alcohol screenings. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
