Program Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Performing General Physical Activities -- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 50 pounds. Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment year-round.Other Requirements:
Must be able to work in a highly functioning team environment. Display the highest levels of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Take pride in your work and in the company. Communicate openly and strive for peak performance in daily tasks. Know and deliver the quality service MEI's customers have come to expect. High School diploma or GED equivalent You must be committed to learning and be willing to complete all assignments, tasks, and assessments required of you by the program. This includes any pre-work and homework assignments before or after related studies training seminars. You must be fluent in English (both written and spoken). At this time all training materials, assignments and assessments will be provided in English only. You will need to be present, in-person, (air travel, if applicable) for six, bi-monthly, 3-day seminars beginning in July 2026.
