We are currently hiring Bull Riggers, Crawler Crane Operators, and Crane Operators to support ongoing oilfield, industrial, energy, and construction projects throughout the region. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient lifting, rigging, and transportation of materials on construction sites or within warehouse environments. Open Positions Bull Riggers Responsibilities Assist crane operators during lifting and rigging operations Safely rig, secure, and guide loads during lifts Operate and assist with hydraulic jacks and skates during equipment moves Perform heavy haul and specialized rigging operations Inspect rigging equipment before use Communicate with operators using standard hand signals and radios Ensure proper load balance and securement Maintain safe work zones around crane operations Assist with crane assembly/disassembly when required Follow all OSHA, MSHA, and company safety procedures Requirements Previous bull rigging experience required Experience using jacks and skates required Knowledge of rigging practices, load charts, and hand signals Experience with heavy haul and specialized transport preferred Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments Strong understanding of jobsite safety Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials Must be dependable and able to work flexible schedules Oilfield and industrial experience is a plus Crawler Crane Operators Responsibilities Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently Read and understand crane load charts Perform pre-trip and daily equipment inspections Coordinate lifts with rigging crews and supervisors Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and lift plans Assist with crane setup, breakdown, and transport preparation Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness Requirements Minimum 3+ years crawler crane operating experience preferred NCCCO Certification required or preferred Experience operating lattice boom crawler cranes Knowledge of heavy lift and critical lift procedures Ability to work long hours and travel when needed Valid driver's license required CDL preferred Must have strong communication and teamwork skills Oilfield, refinery, and industrial project experience preferred Crane Operators Responsibilities Safely operate hydraulic and/or all-terrain cranes Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance checks Interpret load charts and safely execute lifts Work closely with rigging crews and site personnel Follow site-specific safety procedures and company policies Complete required paperwork and inspection documentation Maintain professionalism and safety awareness at all times Requirements NCCCO Certification preferred Previous crane operating experience required Experience in oilfield, commercial, or industrial lifting operations Valid driver's license required CDL preferred Ability to work overtime and travel as needed Strong safety record and attention to detail Must pass pre-employment drug screening Why Join Nimble Crane LLC?
