Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Iron/Rigging Superintendent to lead and oversee heavy industrial rigging and ironwork operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in structural steel installation, crane operations, and rigging in complex industrial environments. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all ironwork and rigging activities on-site
Manage crane operations for heavy lifts, ensuring safety and precision
Interpret and execute construction drawings and blueprints
Oversee welding, pipe fitting, and rigging tasks with advanced technical knowledge
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Collaborate with project managers and other superintendents to meet project goals

3-5+ years of experience in ironwork and rigging supervision
Proven experience managing crane operations for heavy lifts
Advanced knowledge of welding, pipe fitting, and rigging techniques
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Experience hanging structural steel in heavy industrial settings
Powerplant experience - Combined/Simple cycle powerplant experience
