Rigger Worker

Rigger / Rigging Worker - Extreme Steel Crane & Rigging Join Extreme Crane and be part of a crew that handles critical lifts across data centers, industrial sites, and large-scale construction projects. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and centered on safe, precise rigging in support of cranes and heavy lifting operations. What You'll Do Rig, secure, and guide loads for crane picks using proper rigging gear and techniques Work directly with crane operators during lifts (hand signals, radios, spotting loads) Assist with setup and breakdown of cranes, including matting and jobsite prep Load and unload rigging gear, equipment, and materials from trucks Perform daily inspections of slings, shackles, hardware, and lifting devices Maintain organized rigging gear and assist with tool tracking/check-in systems Support warehouse operations when needed (shipping, receiving, staging jobs) Follow lift plans, safety procedures, and site-specific requirements (OSHA / EM-385) What We're Looking For Experience as a rigger, construction laborer, or heavy equipment worker Strong understanding of rigging practices and load control Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and handle physically demanding work Comfortable working around cranes, suspended loads, and active jobsites Reliable, safety-focused, and able to communicate clearly with crews Rigger certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license preferred Why Extreme Crane Work on high-profile jobs (data centers, hospitals, government sites) Steady work with a growing fleet (30-ton to 770-ton cranes) Tight-knit crews that actually know what they're doing Opportunity to grow

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
