Job Description

3-day weekends , every single week. This Wire Harness Assembler role runs Monday - Thursday on day shift, pays $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, and comes with a temp-to-hire path to a permanent role. If you have at least 6 months of soldering or wire harness experience, this is skilled assembly work your hands are already good at. You will work for a company that has spent decades building precision components for aerospace, medical, and defense customers - the kind of work where craftsmanship matters and quality has your name on it. The shop is clean, organized, and safety focused, and experienced teammates take training seriously. IPC-620 or

experience is a great sign you will hit the ground running. Wire Harness Assembler Duties Build custom wire and cable harnesses and box builds to engineering specifications Solder, crimp, and terminate wire leads and connectors by hand Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions Test completed harnesses for continuity and inspect for quality and traceability Maintain an organized, ESD-safe workstation and follow all safety protocols Schedule Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm overtime available on Fridays Pay $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
