Job Description Build Wisconsin's Best Waterfronts WORKS Dock & Lift is a growing full service dock and lift, marine construction company based in Eagle River, Wisconsin. We install and service docks and boat lifts, build permanent pile-driven piers, boat storage, complete waterfront projects throughout the Northwoods. We're looking for people who want a career—not just a seasonal job. Why Join WORKS
  • Full-time, year-round employment
  • $20.00-$29.00/hour depending on experience
  • Overtime opportunities during peak spring, summer, and fall seasons
  • Approximately 6½ weeks of paid Holiday Break from Thanksgiving through the second Monday in January
  • 10 days PTO

  • Install and remove docks and boat lifts
  • Perform service and repair calls
  • Assist with permanent pier construction
  • Transport boats, lifts, and materials
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Load equipment and materials
  • Complete digital job documentation
  • Maintain professional workmanship and customer service Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • 18 years or older
  • Able to lift 70 pounds
  • Willing to work outdoors in all weather
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay:
$20.00 - $29.00 per hour
