This position is ideal for someone with basic construction experience who is eager to learn, work outdoors, and grow with a company that values reliability and work ethic. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with starting pay ranging from $15-$20 per hour , depending on experience and skill level. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Shows up on time and works hard Is comfortable using hand and power tools Can work outdoors in different weather conditions Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn Can follow instructions while also working independently Takes pride in clean, professional work Experience Preferred (but not required) Experience in any of the following is a plus: General construction Tree work or chainsaw operation Painting Drywall hanging or sheetrock mudding Carpentry Framing Basic repairs and maintenance Roofing or exterior work Using drills, nail guns, saws, ladders, and other tools Job Duties May Include Assisting with residential and commercial projects Job site cleanup and preparation Minor repairs and maintenance tasks Tree trimming and exterior work Painting and drywall repair Material handling and loading/unloading Operating tools and equipment safely Requirements Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry materials Construction experience is helpful, but work ethic matters most Latitude Contracting is looking for people who want to work, learn new skills, and be part of a company that values effort, professionalism, and dependability.
