Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Remodeling Crew Member to join our construction team. This role involves working on various renovation and remodeling projects, requiring hands-on experience with a wide range of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, drywall, flooring, and other building trades, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment, contributing to the transformation of residential and commercial spaces. Duties Assist in demolition, framing, and finishing work for remodeling projects Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution Install doors, trim carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, tile, stucco, and other finishing materials Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry, plastering, and caulking tasks as needed Conduct plumbing and electrical work in accordance with project specifications (where qualified) Manage construction site safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards • Qualifications Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or flooring installation Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and construction management principles Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely Experience with concrete forming, tile laying, plastering, framing carpentry, door hanging, and other finishing trades is preferred Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory for all roles Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights or confined spaces Valid driver's license is preferred for site travel purposes Join our team as a Remodeling Crew Member if you are passionate about construction and eager to contribute your skills to exciting renovation projects.
