Job Description
Team Member (Construction) Boyd Engineering is seeking dependable, safety-focused Team Members to join our Construction Operations Division. About the Role As a Team Member, you'll support the successful completion of construction projects by performing assigned work safely, efficiently, and with a commitment to quality. You'll work alongside experienced Team Leads and fellow crew members while helping deliver projects that meet Boyd Engineering's high standards for safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Perform assigned construction tasks safely and efficiently. Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions. Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail. Operate and care for assigned tools and equipment. Follow all company safety policies and use required PPE. Participate in daily safety meetings and identify unsafe conditions. Support crew productivity and project goals. Work collaboratively with Team Leads and fellow crew members. Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct on every job site. Participate in training opportunities and continually develop your skills. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Commitment to working safely every day. Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Pride in producing quality work. Ability to perform physically demanding construction work in various weather conditions. Construction experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.
