Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored recommendations based on project scope and budget. Conduct thorough site inspections to evaluate existing roofing conditions, identify potential issues, and determine appropriate solutions. Assist in the selection of roofing materials and techniques suitable for various building types and environmental conditions. Support project management by overseeing installation processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations. Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy lifting techniques necessary for roofing projects. Experience with construction site management including safety protocols and quality control measures. Familiarity with roofing-specific skills such as caulking, tile laying, metal stud framing, stucco application, masonry work, welding, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, restoration work, plumbing integration, drywall finishing, fabrication techniques, concrete forming, masonry repairs, remodeling projects, welding processes, and handyman experience. Excellent communication skills to explain technical details clearly to clients and team members. Demonstrated ability to work in physically demanding environments involving heavy lifting and outdoor conditions.
