You'll produce watertight, code-compliant roofs built to hold up in Arizona's climate, working alongside a crew that puts quality and safety first. What You'll Do Install, repair, and maintain commercial systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR, and metal. Perform tear-offs and deck prep; install insulation, cover board, and vapor barriers. Apply membranes, fasteners, adhesives, and coatings per manufacturer specs. Install and seal flashing, edge metal, drains, curbs, and penetrations for watertight detailing. Diagnose leaks and carry out repairs and preventative maintenance. Follow all fall-protection and OSHA safety requirements. What You'll Bring Proven hands-on commercial roofing experience (single-ply, modified bitumen, BUR, or metal). Solid knowledge of roofing materials, assemblies, and safety standards. Ability to work at heights and handle physically demanding outdoor work in high heat.
