Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Technician to support our roofing operations. This position involves traveling throughout the Valley to assist with job site logistics, material transport, and site documentation. Some travel outside of the Valley may be required on occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport roofing materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites Perform photo and video inspections of new and existing roofing projects Assist with general job site coordination and support tasks Safely tow and operate flatbed and dump trailers Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, trailers, and job sites Communicate with team members regarding job site status and needs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Characteristics:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to safely tow and maneuver trailers (flatbed and dump trailers) Strong attention to detail (especially for inspections and documentation) Ability to work independently and stay organized Willingness to travel throughout the Valley and occasionally outside the area Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed Team-oriented with great written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members and homeowners Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed Required Education /

Training:

High School / G.E.D. required Experience in roofing, construction, or a related field
