Sunland Asphalt and Construction, LLC. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Take Off Technician to join our growing team. Sunland is a leading asphalt solutions provider and general contractor known for delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and innovation to its customers. Safety DUTIES:
Employee shall perform all duties and responsibilities with Sunland's Core Values at the forefront. Must be an advocate of safety and follow safety policies and procedures. Models project job sites using custom design process. Assists in design challenges on commercial pre-construction job sites. Transfers plans from hard copy to software programs. Finalizes project takeoffs for Ace's Estimators and Project Managers and customer use. Performs plan take-offs and related duties. Any and all other duties assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or GED is required. Must be able to understand blueprints, project scopes, and other job-site related material. Intermediate to advanced computer skills desired Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products and .html-based document navigation Attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Must be fluent in English, i.e., must be able to speak, read and write English.
