Experienced Residential Remodeler/Subcontractor Knorr Construction & Remodeling Scottsdale, AZ Job Details Contract $25 - $40 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Flooring installation Renovation Residential construction experience Frame carpentry Woodworking Full Job Description Knorr Construction & Remodeling is seeking a highly skilled, dependable, and motivated Experienced Residential Remodeler/Subcontractor to join our team for consistent work throughout Scottsdale and surrounding areas.

Pay:

$25-$40/hour, based on experience and skill level This is a 1099 subcontractor position with the opportunity for consistent, ongoing work for the right person. What We're Looking For We need a well-rounded remodeler who is comfortable working on a variety of residential remodeling projects and can complete quality work without constant supervision. Experience should include several of the following: Demolition Framing Drywall installation and repair Flooring Doors and trim Cabinet installation Finish carpentry General residential repairs and remodeling Punch-list and finish work Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional residential remodeling/construction experience Reliable transportation Own basic tools required for the job Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and communication Respectful when working in customers' homes Ability to work well alongside other contractors Willingness to provide references and/or photos of previous work We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants to develop a long-term working relationship with a busy residential remodeling contractor. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with hands-on remodeling experience who understands what quality finished work should look like.
