Responsibilities Safely install solar tile systems and associated roofing components on various types of roofs. Use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment to secure solar modules according to schematics and technical specifications. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation aligning with project plans. Perform roof repairs or modifications necessary for solar system installation, including caulking, flashing, and sealing. Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement of solar panels considering structural integrity and sunlight exposure. Assist with construction estimating and material fabrication to support efficient project execution. Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times during heavy lifting or working at heights. Requirements Proven experience in roofing, construction estimating, or related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or remodeling. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment safely and effectively. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with roofing materials such as metal studs framing, stucco, tile laying, or concrete forming is a plus. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and performing strenuous tasks throughout the day. Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices for construction site work. Prior experience with welding or fabrication techniques is advantageous but not required. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
