Job Description

Position:
Lead Painter Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week with potential for overtime Standard workweek is Monday through Friday Typical project start times are 8:00 AM or 9:00

Key Responsibilities:
Perform interior, exterior, and cabinet painting for residential and commercial properties Meet project timelines while maintaining high quality standards Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job Complete required job site documentation accurately and timely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience required Ability to consistently arrive on time and adhere to schedules Strong communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurable status Ability to perform physically demanding work with energy and endurance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading job sites, crews, or small teams Ability to coach, train, and support less experienced painters Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and guide others to meet quality and timeline expectations About 360
