Roofing Crew Needed —

Metal Roof Installation Job Location:

Big Bear Lake, CA Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.

SCOPE OF WORK

Tear off and dispose of existing roofing on all 3 buildings — approx. 3,300 sq. ft. total Install 29-gauge exposed-fastener metal roofing, color True Black, semi-gloss/medium sheen finish Install new underlayment Install correct metal roofing screws/fasteners Install all required flashing and trim Load out and properly dispose of all removed roofing material and job-site debris

JOB DETAILS

Total roof area: approx. 3,300 sq. ft. across 3 structures (main house + 2 outbuildings, including detached garage/workshop) Materials (metal panels, underlayment, fasteners, flashing/trim) are ordered and supplied by Sentri Homes — this is a labor-only contract Estimated start: about a week out

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2+ years of trade experience Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos PAY $7,000 for labor Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
