Residential Stucco Technician Full Barrel Home Warranty Services, LLC. - 4.5 Chino Hills, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $26 - $31 an hour 1 day ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Customer service Coating English Ladder use Driver's License Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Stucco Technician to join our team. The Stucco Technician will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and installing stucco and related exterior finishes on residential properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with stucco repair, understands proper installation techniques, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Must obtain active cell phone receives a monthly stipend a month for usage. Inspect residential stucco surfaces to identify cracks, holes, water damage, delamination, and other defects. Perform stucco repairs, including patching cracks, holes, and damaged areas. Remove damaged or deteriorate stucco and prepare surfaces for repair. Apply scratch, brown, and finish coats as required. Match existing stucco textures and colors to achieve a seamless appearance. Perform minor exterior repairs associated with stucco systems, including caulking and weatherproofing. Properly prepare and protect work areas, landscaping, windows, doors, and other surfaces. Come equipped with own tools. Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Communicate professionally with homeowners, supervisors, and team members. Document completed work and report any additional issues discovered during repairs. Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude with Full Barrel personnel, our clients and homeowners.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding conditions. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Must have active car insurance and driver's license. Must have a good working vehicle and ability to travel in Inland Empire, Orange County, low and high desert.
Preferred Experience:
Residential stucco repair EIFS and/or traditional three-coat stucco systems Color and texture matching Water intrusion and exterior envelope repairs Caulking and sealant application
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work in various weather conditions. Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and walking on uneven terrain. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and work boots.
Pay:
$26.00 - $31.00 per hour
