Overview We are seeking a versatile and skilled All Tradesman to join our dynamic construction team. Duties Perform a wide range of construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, roofing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, and concrete finishing. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. Assist with construction estimating and project planning by providing accurate assessments of materials and labor needs. Fabricate and install custom components such as cabinets, trim, doors, glass panels, and stucco finishes. Operate heavy equipment as needed for excavation, lifting, or site preparation. Perform demolition, restoration work, or remodeling tasks to meet client specifications. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards throughout each phase of the project. Experience Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, or related fields within a construction environment. Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for various trades. Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is preferred. Hands-on experience with construction estimating and project planning processes. Demonstrated ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely on active job sites. Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to ensure quality control during all phases of work. Strong background in site safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards is highly desirable.
