Experienced Roofer (TPO)

Experienced Commercial Roofers (TPO Specialists) We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our growing team. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing experience , with proven TPO installation experience .

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience TPO installation experience is required Must be 18 years of age or older Willing and able to climb ladders and work at heights Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more Reliable personal transportation for job sites throughout Southern California Possession of personal roofing tools is a plus Must be able to sit, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor as required by the job

Projects throughout Southern California Office located in

Lake Elsinore, CA Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on commercial buildings Inspect roofs to identify damage and determine appropriate repair solutions Apply waterproofing materials to prevent leaks Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights
