Position Overview We are looking for an Experienced Roofer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years of roofing experience Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems Remove and replace roofing materials Measure, cut, and secure materials using hand and power tools Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection Work closely with team members and supervisors Work Environment & Physical Requirements Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Frequent work at heights and on sloped roofs Stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day Lift 25-50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs with assistance) Climb ladders up to 40 feet Perform physically demanding tasks including bending, kneeling, and lifting Why Work With Us Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent, full-time work Strong team culture built on values Opportunity for growth and advancement Apply today and join a company where your work, your team, and your values matter.
