The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial roofing, can work independently or as part of a crew, and is committed to safety and quality workmanship. We are a growing roofing company dispatching from Oakland and serving the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Both private and prevailing wage projects. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, etc.) Perform roof demo as needed Follow safety regulations Perform high quality craftsmanship Ensure job sites are clean and safe at all times Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors Operate hand and power tools safely Qualifications 4+ years of roofing experience (journeyman level) Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and safety practices Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on skills and experience Opportunities for advancement Opportunity to grow into crew lead Work on high-end projects, not tract work Work Environment Outdoor construction environment Exposure to heat, cold, and varying weather conditions Use of ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment required How to Apply Please submit your resume and/or work history to or call office at 510-902-7663.
