Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00/hr + Weekly Pay +
Overtime Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday Don't just be a laborer. Learn a trade and stop paying for gas. Eckard Roofing is hiring a Skilled Laborer / Apprentice to join our team in Truckee. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of general construction experience who is tired of dead-end jobs and wants to become a professional Roofer. If you are reliable, comfortable with heights, and ready to work hard, we will teach you the rest.

What You Will Do:
The Support:
Keep the crew running efficiently by staging materials, setting up ladders, and managing tools.
The Learning:
Assist Journeymen with installing asphalt, metal, and single-ply roofing systems.
The Safety:
Maintain a clean job site and follow OSHA guidelines (we take safety seriously).
The Hustle:
Load and unload materials. This is a physical job—you need to be ready to work.
What We Need From You:
2+
Years Construction Experience:
You know how to use a tape measure, swing a hammer, and work on a construction site safely.
No Fear of Heights:
You must be comfortable working on roofs and climbing ladders.
Reliability:
You show up on time, every day.
Driver's License:
Valid license required.
Compensation & Perks:
