As part of the Specialist Roofing family of companies, we combine nearly three decades of local reputation and long standing customer relationships with the resources and growth trajectory of an expanding multi-brand platform. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Roofing Operations Manager to run day to day operations for our Fontaine business unit. You will be the go to leader for our front line field teams, ensuring every project is executed safely, on schedule, on budget, and to our quality standards. Our work is mostly commercial and HOA/multifamily, spanning both low slope systems and steep slope shingle and tile work on community projects. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is central to our growth plans. What You Will Do Own daily operations for the business unit, including production scheduling, crew deployment, and job flow from contract to close-out Serve as the primary support and escalation point for foremen, crews, and field teams Ensure projects are executed to spec across low slope systems (TPO, PVC, built-up, modified bitumen, silicone and acrylic coatings) and steep slope systems (asphalt shingle, tile) on HOA and multifamily communities Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and pre-job walks to keep production standards high Support the estimating team with scope reviews, takeoffs, constructability input, and field verification as needed Manage material ordering, logistics, and subcontractor coordination Drive safety compliance, production efficiency, and labor and material cost discipline Resolve field issues quickly and keep customers, property managers, boards, crews, and management aligned What We Are Looking For 5+ years in commercial roofing operations, production management, or senior superintendent roles Strong technical knowledge of both low slope and steep slope roofing systems, materials, and installation methods Proven experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors Commercial, HOA, or multifamily project experience required Ability to read plans, specs, and manufacturer details Experience with field service or project management software (ServiceTitan a plus) Excellent communicator in English and Spanish is strongly preferred Proficient and comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical Requirements This role involves regular time on active job sites and rooftops, including exposure to heights, weather, and the seasonal pace of roofing production. Must be able to access roofs via ladder and navigate uneven surfaces.
