The Position :

We are looking for a Field Technician with general construction skills. The pay range we are offering is $30 per hour to $40 per hour depending on work experience and construction skills. Bring:

Proven experience in general construction work. Working knowledge of construction terms. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, good driving record and auto insurance. Work truck preferred. Your own general maintenance and construction tools. Proficiency to expert in interior/exterior finish and rough carpentry, waterproofing, fencing, drywall (rough & finish), painting, concrete, welding, metal work, stucco, electrical (rough & finish),plumbing ( rough & finish).

Requirements:

3-years construction experience. General knowledge of construction terms and tools. Reliable and responsible. Comfortable with smart phone technology. Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance. Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Be available to work as scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Be responsible for personal safety on the job site. Fulfill scope of work as directed by project lead, production manager and/or scheduler. Operate tools safely and as recommended by the manufacturer. Be respectful and courteous of other team members, property owners and property. Keep job sites clean and orderly. Keep company lead and production manager aware of situations and circumstances that affect the project/job. Record work daily and meet company requirements for tracking materials costs and hours worked.
