In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure the durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our clients' structures. The ideal candidate is energetic, safety-conscious, and possesses a strong background in roofing and related construction activities. Duties Install a variety of roofing materials including single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, and traditional shingle systems according to project specifications and safety standards Conduct roof repairs by replacing damaged shingles, tiles, or metal panels to restore structural integrity and weatherproofing Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute roofing projects Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and install roofing components with precision Perform siding installation, stucco application, trim carpentry, caulking, and tile laying as part of comprehensive exterior remodeling projects Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations by properly using safety harnesses, ladders, and other fall protection equipment during outdoor work Assist in construction estimating by measuring materials needed for roofing projects and preparing accurate job site assessments Lift heavy materials safely through proper technique and teamwork to prevent injury during installation or repair tasks Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on construction sites Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing installation and repair projects Familiarity with metal stud framing, siding installation, stucco application, and remodeling is preferred Hands-on experience working with various roofing materials such as single-ply membranes, metal panels, shingles, and tiles Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately for project execution Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses and ladder use protocols Experience working outdoors in diverse weather conditions on active construction sites Skilled in handling hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during roofing tasks Prior involvement in heavy lifting activities necessary for transporting materials on-site Join us to build quality roofs that stand the test of time!
